Happy Summer Solstice! Yes, this post is titled ‘Spring iHerb Haul’ because I actually ordered these a month ago and have already begun using them. I figured I’d still share what I ordered though and let you know what I think. This haul is a mix of food and skincare / beauty. Let’s get into it!

By the way here’s an easy link to see my whole order if you just want to start shopping!

Info and notes of the items I ordered:

Coconut Secret, The Original Coconut Aminos, Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce, 8 fl oz (237 ml)
Price: $5.16
Notes: Because I am allergic to soy and cannot have soy sauce (I really miss it!) I occasionally get coconut aminos as a replacement. It certainly doesn’t taste like soy sauce (it has 65% less sodium) but it does give a bit of flavor if you’re going to saute some veggies or make a stir fry. It is more sweet than salty. I’m happy that it exists though because its better than nothing!
Would I buy again? Yes.

Artisana, Organic, Cashew Butter, 14 oz (397 g)
Price: $15.17
Notes: I had never tried this brand before so was a little skeptical, but oh. my. god. This is the creamiest, most delicious cashew butter I have ever had. Sooooo good. I love mixing a tablespoon into oatmeal in the morning to add a little protein at breakfast, or on toast. I’ve also melted it into pasta. And of course, right out of the jar. I would definitely recommend this.
Would I buy again? Yes.

Artisana, Organics, Raw Coconut Butter, 14 oz (397 g)
Price: $7.67
Notes: I’ve hardly used this one compared to the cashew butter, but that is because I’m having a hard time figuring out how to use it. It is very dense but will liquefy in warm temps, very similar to coconut oil. But the difference is this has more fiber I guess? I guess you could use it on toast or smoothies, but I don’t know. I’m not sure how I’m going to get through this giant jar. It is pretty much pure fat (190/210 calories per serving). I just don’t seem to be into it.
Would I buy again? No.

Colorganics Inc., Hemp Organics, Lip Gloss, Elation
Price: $13.95
Notes: I took a chance on this because I’ve never tried anything from this brand. The color ‘Elation’ is super pretty from the outside and there is nothing wrong with it per se, but I was disappointed. It really has no color to it and is a mostly clear (verrry slight hint of pink tint) gloss. There isn’t really a scent to it (which is fine) and the formula is smooth, not sticky. But it just doesn’t wow me. I was hoping for a nice wash of pink. I’ll keep it on hand as a spare in my purse or for when I just want a clear gloss.
Would I buy again? No.

Larabar, Coconut Cream Pie, 16 Bars, 1.7 oz (48 g) Each
Price: $22.57
Notes: These are one of the soy-free bars that I actually enjoy! I was so happy to find these on iHerb and absolutely love having them as a quick boost of energy when I’m busy and working hard. I always keep one in my purse too. These taste delicious and are also a great source of fiber. These also don’t have cocoa which is great because I’m staying away from that too lately.
Would I buy again? Yes.

Nature’s Way, Slippery Elm Bark, 400 mg, 100 Veggie Caps
Price: $6.20
Notes: My naturopath turned me on to slippery elm when I had a bad stomach ulcer last year, and then when I felt like I had another this year, I made sure to pick up more of these capsules. I take 2-3 with a glass of water at night and it helps calm and repair the stomach lining.
Would I buy again? Yes.

Clean Well, Natural Antibacterial Foaming Soap, Lavender, 9.5 fl oz (280 ml)
Price: $4.84
Notes: I’ve written about this hand soap before. It is my absolute favorite and doesn’t irritate my hands like other soaps. I’ve gone through so many of these it is hard to count. I bought two this time.
Would I buy again? Yes!

Andalou Naturals, 1000 Roses, Shower Gel, Soothing, 8.5 fl
Price: $8.46
Notes: This has been my go-to body wash for going on two years now I think. I’ve mentioned it multiple times. It smells lovely, is all natural, leaves my skin soft, and is affordable.
Would I buy again? Yes.
