My September Favorites video is up! If you’d like to head over to YouTube (and subscribe if you haven’t already) then you can watch here. A mix of skincare, beauty, books, and entertainment!
There are several skincare and beauty items I loved during the month of September (and continue to use and love).
Pacifica Quinoa Sensitive Face Wash
100% Pure Honey Almond Hand Buttercream *affiliate link
Juice Beauty Phyto Pigments Illuminating Primer
Good Medicine Starry Eyes Eye Cream
Pacifica Stellar Gaze Mineral Mascara
Tata Harper Volumizing Lip & Cheek Tint
I’ve also been reading Miracles Now by Gabrielle Bernstein throughout September and October. This is a wonderful book to read a little bit each day. There are 108 bite-sized chapters that are only 1-3 pages each. A whole bunch of ways to be more mindful, clear resistance in your life, tune in to the frequency of love instead of fear, and mini meditation sessions etc. I’ve been doing a lot of personal development over the past 3 months and this book was an integral part of my morning routine each day in September. I love Gabby’s work and highly recommend you look her up on YouTube, Google etc. if you’re interested in living a happier life.

Okay, now for a little TV! I don’t actually have cable or satellite but I finally got Netflix (I’ve had Hulu for forever, but they just didn’t have everything I wanted – now I have the best of both). In September I watched the first season of The Shannara Chronicles (a fantasy-adventure series adapted from the books by Terry Brooks) and absolutely loved it. I was sucked in right from episode 1 when the main protagonist competes in something that a female has never competed in before. Plus, there are several attractive elf-men in this series. I can’t wait for the second season! I don’t think they’ve even announced when it will be released yet… sometime in 2017. Not soon enough. If anyone knows when, let me know!
I’d love to know what you’ve been loving over the past month or so. Lets chat in the comments below! xo – Naomi
P.S. Yay for sweater weather and turning leaves!
