If you love shimmery eye shadow then this post is for you! I’ve been attracted to shimmery things since I can remember and when I found the OFRA eye shadows from their “Diamonds are Forever” collection I found bliss…actually one of them is aptly named just that. They are packed with vibrant pigment and they stay on all day without creasing so I’ve been really impressed! So much so that I just had to buy two of my favorites for a giveaway! See details on that down below.

OFRA Diamonds are forever eye shadow swatches Envious, Bliss, Bohemian
Left to Right: Envious, Bliss, Bohemian

This company is not an “all natural” one, nor does it pretend to be, but I do advise checking ingredients before trying other products of theirs. These particular shadows however are made without talc or parabens and are cruelty free so I find them suitable to wear. The first ingredient is mica which is where all that heavenly shimmer comes from. A little bit goes a long way and these are one of the easiest eye shadows to apply. One step and your out the door. ‘Bliss’ is probably the one I use most. Just one swipe over the lids and you have a luminous champagne finish that brightens your whole face. ‘Bohemian’ is the perfect chocolate shimmer which I like to use as a crease shade with ‘Bliss.’ Or by itself for a smokey look. ‘Envious’ is a unique luna moth green which I bought because I have green eyes and thought it might look cool! It does, but I still love ‘Bliss’ the best. These single compacts are $15 each which is well worth it because they last practically forever.

Recently they came out with their Radiant Eyes palette ($29.95) which includes five shades from their “Diamonds are Forever” collection. Heaven!!!

OFRA Eye shadow palette radiant eyes
From Left to Right: Gold Rush, Bliss, Bohemian, Plastic (not from the diamonds collection but still pearly), Essential

This palette is SO gorgeous! I Swear I open it all the time just to look at them even if I’m not wearing them that day. I should also mention that this formula can be applied dry for subtle shading or applied with a dampened brush for more intensity. The other shades (that I haven’t tried) of the diamonds collection are divine, exquisite, glamour, pink petal, royal eye, sublime, and victory.

Since we’re talking shimmer here, I also wanted to swatch their blush/bronzer illuminating stripes for you. This is perhaps comparable to the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick but less expensive. It is $35 and the Bobbi brown is I think around $45?

OFRA Blush Bronzer Illuminating Stripes

It comes with a beautiful silvery blush rose, white, shimmery gold blush rose, and luminous rose gold/copper. I often use these as highlighters for the brow bone or a light dusting on the cheek bones. Can also be used as eye shadow. Like the individual shadows it also has a mirror built in under the actual product but inside the compact. There is room in the “mirror compartment” to store a little brush, puff, or even a few cotton rounds if you were traveling.

I prefer Bliss. I like lighter colors and it would coordinate well with other shadows. Both of them are beautiful.

I prefer Bliss it looks nice especially with the shimmer. Bohemian looks nice as well but I don’t really like the darker colors because I feel like I’m walking around with Panda eyes. lol

I have been in love with OFRA product since Wing and JAANE from DIVAMAKEUPQUEEN AND DEARNATURAL62 went to visit the factory where the products are made. I, personally, would love to try “BLISS” but would be truly grateful for either. For a great NEW line of product go to divamakeupqueen.com where WING has started her own line.

i discovered bliss through my ipsy bag, a couple months ago- and im hooked! It is perfection. I have lupus and outs hard to covers the imperfections in my eyelids- and for them to stay that way. This stuff is major. It’s quick, it stays and I finally feel pretty! That is a big deal. I’ve Ben looking for a full size bliss, hoping they don’t cost a fortune but safely the $15 a piece is a bit above my range. I’d love to try the brown color that you have, showing, with it. My skin may be a mess from my illness but bliss definitely makes my eyes pop. Love it!
