Over the past several months I’ve been enjoying a few products from Just Natural Skincare and wanted to share my favorites with you. These items barely scratch the surface of what this company has available in their line, so I’ll be excited to continue exploring their products. But for now I’m loving these four. I really like that these are made fresh in the USA, eco-friendly and non-GMO, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate-free, and vegan.
Turbinado Brown Sugar Body Scrub
Body scrubs are such an important part of exfoliating and this one also delivers intense moisturizer. I really enjoy using this in the shower and have already used 2/3 of it. It is packed with fresh cut sugar cane which gently polishes skin, and also has Kukui and Hazelnut oils which leave my skin super soft. This stuff does wonders on the backs of my arms and legs where winter tends to dry me out and cause little red bumps. It smells pleasantly of lemongrass with some background notes of lavender and orange blossom. In the warmer months I won’t even need to apply moisturizer after using this! Some of the best scrub I’ve ever tried. No Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, Silicone, Artificial Fragrance, or Artificial Color.
Dry Scalp Shea Butter
I mentioned this in my post about Winter Necessities for Dry + Sensitive Skin. You can read all about it there. Essentially this is a must have if your scalp tends to dry out easily.

Heat Protecting Hair Treatment
I don’t use heat styling on my hair too often, (daily flat ironing back in the day taught me what not to do) but when I do use heat I like to use a protecting treatment. I love that this one is silicone-free and alcohol-free! So it won’t leave a weird residue. It is formulated with Coconut Fractionated and Olive Squalane oils (heat protection) and Kukui Nut and Buriti (nutrients). I run a light layer through my hair, concentrating on the ends when hair is damp if blow drying, or on dry hair before using a curling iron.

Peppermint Foot Lotion
This was sent as a sample and I didn’t think I’d be interested in it but ended up loving it. My feet get dry, especially this time of year and sometimes you just can’t sleep at night if your feet feel dry, you know what I mean? This lotion is cooling and hydrating and also gives me reason to give my feet a little massage at the end of the day. I typically exfoliate in the shower with a pumice stone, apply this, then put a pair of clean cotton socks on before bed for a mini pedi treatment. The peppermint is so soothing and this formula doesn’t feel greasy. It is made with coconut oil, grapeseed oils, apricot kernel oil, Karanja oil, and Murumuru butter. Plus bayberry fruit wax to help the keep the moisture locked in longer.
I’d definitely recommend taking a look at their products, especially if you’re looking for all natural solutions to dry skin and scalp or damaged hair. xo – Naomi

March 26, 2015 at 12:27 am (8 years ago)I absolutely love the hair products from Just Natural. There shampoo and conditioner have been my staples for 3 years now. The Dry Scalp Shea Butter is my favorite. It absorbs easily into my hair and scalp. Can’t wait to purchase it again. What other products have you tried from them?

March 26, 2015 at 12:58 am (8 years ago)I’ve tried one of their shampoo/conditioners and their Proteins and Vitamins Hair Treatment but haven’t used it consistently enough to really tell if it makes a difference…I should put that on my shelf again so I remember. I want to try their bath salts and apricot facial scrub too! 🙂
