Everyday Minerals really does live up to their name because I’ve been using their products in my everyday routine for more than six months now. I awarded them best Mineral Foundation and Finishing Powder in the most recent issue of Sweet Violet Bride. They are 100% vegan, hand crafted in Austin, and not overpriced. All of their products are gentle on my sensitive skin and have never caused any sort of irritation. I’m a big fan of their face powders, as well as their blush, lip butters, and eye shadows. I’m also super excited that they sent me an extra Love at First Blush kit to give away to one of you lovely readers! Read below for details.
Love at First Blush Kit
This kit is SO cute. It has six mini mineral blushes in the prettiest rosy shades plus a baby flat top bamboo brush. It is packaged in a recycled container and as with all Everyday Mineral products these are cruelty-free. At first glance these six shades might look very similar, but they are all slightly different and it is the subtlety in these tones that I love.
Kit Includes: Mini Size (0.36 oz.) blush in Tea Rose, Primrose, Field of Roses, Fresh Rose Blossom, Pink for Flower, At First Blush, and Baby Flat Top Brush. $24.
This is literally the perfect kit if you are a bride and want to find a blush that is just right for your natural wedding day look. You can sample all six and even mix a few together to get that natural flushed look just the way you want it. It was actually kind of hard to capture these swatches on camera, especially the three lighter ones on the left, but trust me they look even better in real life! It is hard to pick a favorite…I love them all!
Semi-Matte Base + Sunlight Finishing Dust + Mineral Concealer = My daily face
This trio makes up my daily go-to foundation routine. I’ll often start with a tinted moisturizer that has spf, and then lightly dust on the Everyday Minerals Semi-Matte Base in Ivory 1N ($14), set any liquid concealer I’ve used under my eyes with the Sunlight Finishing Dust ($14), and then lightly tap on the Mineral Concealer in Golden Fair ($9) over any spots I need to conceal. This concealing powder is the secret to making the liquid or stick concealer on a blemish last all day.
I also have three of their tinted lip butters ($6 ea.) and love using these all the time. I have them in Honey Rose Elixir, Barely Nude, and Spring Berries. I think Spring Berries is my favorite, but all three are really pretty. They are super silky smooth, have a sheer tint to them and all have a beautiful sheen about them when applied on the lips, perhaps from the Meadowfoam seed oil. Plus they smell amazing…kind of like berries. They’re made with Marula and Passion Fruit plant oils and Amazonian butter like Murumuru for extra hydration.
I think for now I’ll leave the eye shadows for a later post, because I have seven of them! But all of these products are great. I’m getting a lot of use out of them and will definitely repurchase when I run out. Sooooo…now for a GIVEAWAY!!! If you’d like to enter to win your very own Love at First Blush Kit then here’s how:

February 12, 2015 at 4:52 pm (9 years ago)I am so excited to try the Primrose! The color is absolutely gorgeous and I especially like how it’s not too pink; just enough to make it look like I’m blushing! The blushes being semi-matte is also a bonus!
